One year

In four days, my husband and I will have been married for a year! It's really hard to believe it's been that long already.. It seems like just yesterday we started dating. I am so grateful for the wonderful man that he is..

We have been through some good times..

-We bought our first home together, and had it remodeled.

-We went on several vacations.

-I graduated from college in December.

-We bought a new truck and then, later, a new car.

-We were a part of the marriages of our best friends.

and we've been through some bad times..

-Our house flooded the day we closed the loan, hence the remodeling.

-I wrecked our new truck (flipped 4 times), hence the new car.

-Josh had to have surgery.

-One of our best friends passed away.

We've been through a lot together that has brought us closer together as a couple. Josh is my very best friend, and he always will be. I love falling asleep next to him at night and waking up next to him in the morning. I love that we never argue over what to watch on television because we like all of the same shows! I love laying in bed before we fall asleep and talking about anything and everything. I love how he makes me laugh. I love how, no matter how mad he may make me, he always makes everything better. I love that he views our three pups as our children, just like I do.

He is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I don't know what I would do without him!
